A 66 year old male had severe periodontal disease and was going to lose all his upper teeth. All his upper teeth were extracted, 6 implants were placed and a hybrid prosthesis was made. The patient left the office the same day with teeth. The hybrid allows the patient to eat and speak as if he has his natural teeth.
